The reconstruction of the existing building of the Central heating station on 202A Shevchenko Str. in Zdolbunov for a mini boiler room

The project provided for:

  • Reconstruction of the existing building of the Central heating station - CHS - for hot-water low-temperature boilers with an installed thermal capacity of 0.8 MW with the prospect of increasing it to 1.2 MW;
  • Construction of networks and systems for boiler house engineering support;
  • Connection of the boiler house to the existing heating networks.
  • Construction of a gas pipeline from the existing cabinet-type regulation point to the existing boiler house building;
  • Installation of cabinet-type regulation points-2 with pressure regulator RD-32 on the boiler room wall;
  • Gasification of the boiler house with the installation of two "Vitoplex 100 PV" boilers with a thermal capacity of 400 kW each with ELCO EC05.70 gas burners with a set of safety and control automation at the 1st stage of construction and reservation of equipment capacity and space for the installation of the 3rd boiler.

Natural gas with the lowest calorific value QH=8050 kcal/m3 is used as the main fuel of the boiler house.

The heat scheme of the boiler house consists of two Vitoplex PV1 gasified boilers. In the future, to cover the estimated heat flows to the centralized hot water supply, it is possible to install a third boiler of similar capacity, capacious hot water storage boilers. The prospective boiler will be guided by the provided automation system. Reserve and emergency boilers are not provided - the third category of reliability of heat supply.

The thermal scheme of the boiler room provides:

  • release of the required quantity and quality of the heat carrier depending on external parameters;
  • protection of the hot water boiler from overpressure. To prevent an increase in pressure in the boiler, a safety valve Ø 40 mm is installed, set to a trip pressure of 0.4 MPa;
  • protection of the hot water boiler from "heat shock" and condensation of moisture in the combustion products;
  • operation of all elements of the thermal circuit under the supervision of permanent qualified personnel.
