Modernization of the boiler house allowed 75% of natural gas to be replaced with local organic fuel.
The design of the burner allows you to burn natural gas and organic fuel (from 10% -100% gas or 0% -100% organic fuel)
The project provides for the modernization of the fuel supply path of the DKVR-6 ,5-13 boilers with the installation of two MDGG-250 BURNERS on each of the boilers.
The MDGG-250 burner is designed for natural gas combustion. The MDP-250 dust separation and delivery devices are installed in front of the burners. The estimated consumption of a single burner with a nominal heat output of the boiler unit of 4240 kW is:
- FGP, kg/h -700;
- Natural gas (20 mbar), n m3/h -175.
For storage of serratiform biological substance, a cost-effective bunker with a capacity of 18 m is provided. The cost bin is made of carbon steel sheet and is mounted on racks in front of the boiler room on the street. A service area is provided for servicing the feed hopper. Theserratiform biological substance is fed from the feed hopper by means of a Noria. The serratiform biological substance is fed from the Noria to the feed bins by gravity through steel pipelines with a nominal passage of 150 mm.
Feed bins are made from carbon steel sheets and are mounted on racks in the boiler room. The capacity of the feed hopper is 3.0 m, which ensures 20-minute operation of the boiler at rated power. Nutritional bunker is equipped with a glass with a deletion level for visual control of the level of serratiform biological substance and serratiform biological substance mesh strainer;
With filling bins with gravity stainless steel pipework nominal bore of 150 mm FGP is supplied to the auger-dispenser which distributes the serratiform biological substance in the burner MGPG-250. Pipelines between the burners and the feed hopper are equipped with an explosive valve, which is designed to relieve excess pressure during explosions of a mixture of the serratiform biological substance air and natural gas in the boiler furnace and / or the serratiform biological substance supply path from the feed hopper to the burner.
The main fuel is the serratiform biological substance with a low calorific value QH = 1879 kcal/m³. Natural gas with the lowest calorific value QH = 8100 kcal/m³ is used as a reserve fuel for the boiler house.
